Terms of Service
The terms below govern Dynamite Circle (DC) events and memberships. Please read them carefully — by registering for an event or joining the DC, you agree to them.
Section A — Events
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending a Dynamite Circle event, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Registration and Attendance
Registration for events requires meeting stated eligibility requirements. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
3. Code of Conduct
Attendees must treat others with respect, follow safety protocols, and comply with venue rules. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without warning if they are found to be violating these rules or causing a disturbance.
4. Photography, Recording, and Media Consent
Attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use. Personal recording is allowed unless it disrupts the event or is prohibited, and cannot be used commercially without written permission.
5. Liability Waiver
Attendance is at the individual's own risk. Participants waive any claims (including negligence) against the event organizers or affiliates for injury, disability, death, or property loss/damage.
6. Event Cancellations and Changes
Organizers may modify schedules or cancel events. Refunds are subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.
7. Intellectual Property
Event content and materials are the organizers' intellectual property and cannot be used without permission.
8. Privacy
Personal information is used for event organization and communication, not shared with third parties without consent.
Section B — Memberships
1. Acceptance of Terms
Membership agreement requires compliance with these Terms of Service.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership requires meeting business and community requirements through the application process.
3. Membership Conduct
Members must engage respectfully in all DC spaces. Violation may result in membership termination without refund.
4. Membership Cancellations
Members must request cancellation before renewal. A reminder email will be sent 10 days prior to renewal to the email address on file.
5. Changes to Membership
Organizers may modify terms, benefits, or pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.
6. Privacy
Personal information is used for membership management and communication, not shared with third parties without consent.
7. Termination of Membership
Membership in the DC is a privilege, not a right. The organization may suspend or terminate membership if actions are deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with community values.
