The Schedule
-
Pre-Event Activities
Get the party started with fellow DCers arriving early in Bangkok. This year will feature padel tournaments, golf meet-ups, disc golf, a comedy show, and the legendary “Scott’s Drinky Time.” Totally optional, but a great way to break the ice and get settled in. Pro tip: arrive Tuesday, October 21 to participate in the pre-event activities.
-
Day 1 | Thurs Oct 23 | Meet-Up Day
The event officially kicks off with “Meet-Up Day,” an opportunity to help you find your people for the week through targeted business and lifestyle conversations. From AI build labs to YouTube creators meet-ups to parenting sessions and more, there’s something for everyone. We’ll close out the day with a Welcome Party in the Conrad Ballroom.
-
Day 2 | Fri Oct 24 | Mastermind Day
Mastermind Day (4-day ticketholders only) is designed to help you solve your most pressing business challenge, through brainstorming with other founders in your industry. 80% of attendees take part in mastermind day. Many mastermind groups continue meeting online long after DCBKK ends. After a long day of problem-solving, we’ll get together for a Tropical Party at the Conrad Pool. And there’ll be a Kids’ Party if you’re bringing your little ones!
(See FAQs for more details on traveling with family.) -
Day 3 | Sat Oct 25 | Speakers, Workshops & Rooftop Party
The goal of Saturday’s program is to bring you actionable tactics through presentations and workshops by speakers from the Dynamite Circle community. These presentations focus on business lessons, share real numbers, and provide actionable tactics and ideas. All women attendees are invited to a Women’s Lunch, a unique opportunity for connection that members look forward to every year. We’ll close out Saturday with a private rooftop party at the Muse restaurant.
-
Day 4 | Sun Oct 26 | Final Day & Closing Party
Sunday’s program is similar to Saturday—bringing you actionable tactics through presentations and workshops by our speakers. We’ll close out the event with our famous Road House pop-up bar before the tuk-tuk parade transporting us to the “Going Out in Style” Closing Party. Dress to impress and get your picture taken at the DCBKK photo-opp wall.
-
Post-Event Activities, Travel & Coworking
Thailand is your oyster! DC members traditionally stay on in Bangkok to continue spending time and coworking with the community. Many DCers also explore other parts of Thailand like Chiang Mai, and some stay for weeks or months after DCBKK is over. There’s plenty to see and do, and lots of DCers living that side of the globe to keep you company.
Special content for 7-figure founders
DC BLACK Day (coincides with Day 2 - Mastermind Day) features exclusive programming for members running businesses with 7+ figures ARR or a recent 7+ figure exit. Spend a day with high-level leaders: masterminds, a private dinner, and special guests. Then, continue enjoying the week with the rest of the community.

Session: Workshop
Themes: Growth / Operations / AI
DC member Giovanni Brees has launched over 4,500 products, and helped raise $500M doing it. From hardware and consumer brands to AI tools, he's seen what it takes to go from idea to traction, fast.
His latest venture, Meet Oscar, is an AI email reply tool that mirrors your writing style. It went from idea to validation in under a week, and hit $45K MRR in just 60 days.
Giovanni will break down the rapid product-sprint framework he’s used with clients and on his own projects. You’ll learn:
How to turn your idea backlog into real, validated products
How to test on Reddit and beyond
How to build a lean AI stack that can scale with you
If you’re building anything new in 2025 (as most of us are), this session is a must.

Session: Workshop

Bring your idea, build it with AI. Dan Avramescu is hosting this workshop to demonstrate how you can utilize the latest tools to bring your ideas to life. There will be a short presentation, and then the rest of the session will be spent individually building, with help from Dan and other volunteers.
All skill levels are invited to attend. There will be prep work sent out ahead of time so all attendees are ready to start building during the workshop.

Session: Workshop
Themes: AI / Growth
SEO isn’t dead - but it’s evolving fast. While Google is still the main source of traffic, AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are already shaping buying decisions and sending leads to DCers.
In this session, Karl Kangur will break down the exact strategy he uses. called AI Stacking, to make businesses show up everywhere: in AI answers, in Google’s AI Overviews, and at the top of the organic results. You’ll see real case studies of how this approach compounds results, shortens time-to-rank by 4x, and drives revenue today.

Session: Workshop
Themes: AI
For over a decade, Mark Webster and Gael Breton ran Authority Hacker, one of the most respected brands in digital marketing.
They helped thousands of entrepreneurs build profitable content sites and were early to everything from programmatic SEO to YouTube automation. So when they shut down Authority Hacker to go all-in on AI automation, everybody’s ears perked up.
In this hands-on workshop at DCBKK, they’ll walk through the exact 4-step framework they’re now using to automate real work in their new business.
You’ll learn:
How to move from ChatGPT gimmicks to actual business impact
Real examples of AI agents doing work (not just writing content)
The structure you need before you start automating
If you’ve been dabbling with LLMs but haven’t freed up real time or resources yet with agents, this is the roadmap you’ve been missing.

Session: Talk
Themes: Leadership / Operations
In the DC, we’ve all seen (or lived) the founder story of grinding until the business becomes a burden and someone just can’t go on. Frankly, it’s a risk we all face working for ourselves. But what if it’s not how hard you’re working but the things you’re working on?
In this talk, Laura Roeder will share why burnout is a business model problem, not a personal failure, and how to build something sustainable the first place - before it breaks you.
Laura Roeder is the founder of Paperbell, a software platform that simplifies client management for coaches. She previously founded MeetEdgar, one of the first social media automation tools, which she bootstrapped to multi-million dollar run rate before stepping away. Laura has been a DC member for years, known for her straight-talking advice on building businesses that fit your life rather than consume it. We’re thrilled to welcome her back to DCBKK!

Session: Workshop
Themes: Leadership / Operations
From the start of the DC, we’ve experimented with every type of freelancer and employment - comparing countries for VAs, cycling productized services in and out, and eventually finding a balance that works for our budget and our businesses.
But what happens when you start pushing towards 7 or even 8 figures?
Clare Jacky spent years leading bench-building and people development at Leadpages and Drip, but has since served as an advisor and mentor to dozens of bootstrapped businesses like ours through the DC Accelerator.
In fact, she’s seen inside more DC businesses than almost anyone in the world and has seen one consistent pattern in the businesses that break through to scale: they build villages, not headcount.
This talk is the playbook for identifying, developing, and mentoring people in your business to turn generalists into internal experts and gives your company the ability to grow beyond yourself. It’s the model that produced true leaders at Leadpages and shows up in 7-8 figure jumps across the DC.

Objectives:
Exchange insights and experiences on setting up international business structures.
Discuss how different personal residencies can impact and optimize tax obligations.
Explore strategies for legally reducing taxes in different countries.
Identify key challenges and opportunities in establishing efficient global setups.

Have you ever known exactly what to do, yet somehow not done it?
Do you feel an invisible force holding you back from reaching the next level of success, joy, or fulfillment — in business, in love, or in life?
This meetup is about exploring the inner work that unlocks outer success. Together, we’ll look at:
How hidden patterns and limiting beliefs shape our lives
Practices and tools to connect more deeply with yourself and others
Modalities like therapy, embodiment, and breath work that can support transformation
If you’re curious about personal growth, inner work, and practical tools for real change — or simply enjoy meaningful conversations — join us for an open and supportive discussion led by Yan Liang.

For founders, knowing when to double down, sell, or walk away is rarely clear-cut. After more than a decade building his business, Nick Drewe found himself in the same spot many of us will face: the work no longer felt right, but the next move wasn’t obvious.
In this candid, in-process talk, Nick shares the real conversations, doubts, and decisions he’s been navigating over the past year. We’ll explore the signals that tell you it might be time for a change, the identity traps that keep us hanging on, and how to think through whether to keep going, sell, or start something entirely new.
This talk is for you’ve ever wondered “how will I know when enough is enough?”
