Terms of Service

Note: "DC" stands for the Dynamite Circle

Section A: Events

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending a DC event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for or attend the event.

2. Registration and Attendance

  • Eligibility: Registration is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated during the registration process.

  • Ticket Purchase and Transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all attendees, staff, and speakers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Follow all event safety protocols, including emergency procedures and health guidelines.

  • Comply with venue rules and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without warning if they are found to be violating these rules or causing a disturbance. No refunds will be provided for attendees removed for misconduct.

4. Photography, Recording, and Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by event staff, and agree that these materials may be used for promotional purposes.

Personal recording is permitted unless it disrupts the event or is otherwise prohibited. Recordings may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the organizers.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The event organizers, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss/damage.

  • Waiver of Claims: By attending, you waive any claims (including negligence) against the event organizers or affiliates for injury, disability, death, or property loss/damage related to your attendance.

6. Event Cancellations and Changes

  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the schedule, location, or lineup if necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event of an event cancellation, refunds or credits may be issued in accordance with the policies in place at that time. Any refunds processed are subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information presented or distributed at events are the intellectual property of the organizers or presenters and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

By registering, you consent to the use of your personal information for organizing and communicating about the event. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Section B: Memberships

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining as a member of the Dynamite Circle (DC), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who meet the business and community requirements set forth in the application process.

3. Membership Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully in all DC spaces (forum, chats, masterminds, events). Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.

4. Membership Cancellations

  • Members must request cancellation before their renewal date. A reminder email will be sent 10 days prior to renewal to the email address on file.

  • If a renewal charge has already been processed and you still wish to cancel, your membership will remain active for the current paid billing cycle, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. Future renewals will not be charged.

5. Changes to Membership

  • We reserve the right to modify membership terms, benefits, or pricing with reasonable notice provided to members.

  • Please note that any refunds processed are subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. By joining, you consent to our use of your personal information for the purpose of managing your membership and communicating with you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Termination of Membership / Removal from the Community

Membership in the DC is a privilege, not a right. To protect the integrity and experience of the community, the DC may suspend or terminate your membership, and/or remove you from the community, at its discretion if your actions are found to be harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with community values.
