Next December, a small group of high-level founders will gather in New York City to work through meaningful business and personal challenges, gain perspective, and close the year with clarity and momentum.

DC BLACK NYC is designed to be simple, value-driven, and intentional:

This will be our fourth year hosting DC BLACK in New York. Each time, the city delivers: deeper conversations, stronger relationships, and a sense of reset heading into the new year, especially during the holidays.

What to Expect

• Focused Business Sessions
  These sessions are designed to help you pressure-test ideas, solve real problems, and make better decisions. They include mastermind groups, skill-sharing, and facilitated discussions.

• Deep-Dive Conversations: Sessions inspired by business challenges, economic history, leadership, and the cultural context of New York City.

• Shared Experiences: Unique, NYC-specific activities that foster connection and create memorable moments beyond the meeting room.

• Great Food and Thoughtful Hospitality: High-quality meals, plenty of coffee and snacks, and an environment that lets you focus on work and people.

Schedule Overview (Subject to Change)

Day 1 – Discovery (Dec 8)
A city-based experience paired with a welcome dinner to get to know each other and set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 2 – Down to Work (Dec 9)
A full day of DC BLACK programming, including masterminds and working sessions, followed by a hands-on group experience.

Day 3 – Looking Ahead (Dec 10)
Full day of programming to maximize your business value and finalize insights. We'll close with an evening celebration.

We recommend arriving December 7 and departing December 11 to experience the full event.
