2023 Census - Who’s in the DC?

TLDR: The community is evolving with bigger businesses, more kids, and home bases.

The most frequently asked question from people outside of the DC is, ‘What type of entrepreneurs are in the community?’

There are also many ideas and opinions on what the average DCer looks like. The truth of the matter is the DC started in 2011 and has been transforming each year.

In 2023, we’re experiencing another transformation. As the community grows, so are the members. We see more members with home bases, larger companies, and teams.

A 2015 Dynamite Circle census might have shown the average DCer as a digital nomad with one or two contractors.

In 2023, at a DC Event, you’re more likely to meet a DCer with kids, 10 full-time employees, and breaching one million in revenue.
