Every year, I look forward to the day I get to type the words: DCBKK is BACK!
For those who've never been, the 4-day event is our community's largest annual gathering.
Our goal is to cram as much business value and fun as possible into just a few short days in Bangkok.
From business deep dives over breakfast, to evening parties on rooftops, DCBKK is a whirlwind of fun and connection with others who are equally passionate about building businesses.
This year we're changing our registration process slightly.
Our best prices are only available this week.
The deadline for these prices is Sunday evening, June 21st at midnight. After that, our registration price will go up.

An Overview of DCBKK
DCBKK is a 4-day event designed to make it easy to build relationships with fellow DC Members.
It's hosted at the 5-star Conrad Hilton Hotel in Bangkok.
It's our annual pilgrimage to one of the world's great cities and regions.
Our goal is to make this event easy for you.
Just grab your ticket, book a flight, and good things will happen.

Many members will arrive early to participate in meetups.
After the event, it's common for members to travel onward and spend extra time in the region (Chiang Mai is particularly popular, where you can co-work with members for weeks after the event).
What's new?
Our basic DCBKK formula will remain in tact, but we're looking to amp up the connections by designing gatherings, discussions, and meetups built to 'get real fast' with as many members you might not already know as possible. Our goal is to maximize contributions and connections. If you'd like to speak or host a meetup, be sure to get in touch with our team!
If you're in DC Black or DC Accelerator (and therefore in facilitated masterminds every month), you'll have unique programming on Mastermind Day (Friday) at DCBKK so be sure to book the 4 day option!
Thursday Oct 17: "Meetup Day"
We'll host discussion-based meetups, including a new members meet-and-greet for first-timers. There will be about 20 meetups throughout the day.
The meetups are attendee driven and all vetted by our team. They take place in quiet conference rooms at the Conrad, which have refreshments and AV equipment.
Lunch is not served by the hotel on Thursday, members organize throughout the city and surrounding area of the hotel. By the end of Thursday, you'll have already made several connections with members passionate about similar topics.
Friday Oct 18: "Mastermind Day (4-Day Ticket Holders Only)
Make sure you register for a 4-day ticket to participate in our masterminds. 80% of attendees elect to join a DCBKK mastermind, where you'll be paired with six members who have similar businesses and aims. You'll have 30 minutes to discuss you're unique challenges and connect with other over the specifics of your business. These conversations and connections often have a lasting impact.
DC Black and DC Accelerator members will attend sessions tailored to their specific program during this time (if you're in those two programs, be sure to nab a 4-day ticket!).
Saturday Oct 19: "Speakers and Workshops"
On Saturday morning, we'll gather in the main ballroom to share some of the highlights of member's businesses. The afternoon is filled with workshops where you'll chose which topics to attend. We'll also share lunch together at the hotel.
Sunday Oct 20: "Our Final Day Together"
Sunday morning kicks off with workshops on specific topics and delivered by members who've actively implemented the information they're sharing. Sunday afternoon we'll gather once again in the main ballroom to hear DC stories, learn from each other, issue some community awards, and send us all off into our closing party armed with new connections and (typically) pages of next-steps for our businesses.

From our red carpet opening party, to a closing party full of celebration, you can expect multiple gatherings on every single night you're in Bangkok, no matter what your speed.
Of course Bangkok is known for its incredible nightlife and rooftop bars, we'll have no shortage of spectacular views throughout the week.

Event access.
All functions related to DCBKK are reserved for DC Members who have registered for the event.
All attendees are reminded to embody the spirit of our community guidelines in interactions with fellow members. The DC is a place where everyone is treated with respect.
There will be registration tables at all gatherings, you'll be able to receive your badge and a bunch of other DCBKK goodies. We'll have a big team on hand that can always point you in the right direction.
DCBKK Terms
All attendees must adhere to the community guidelines and be current DC Members. This event is members only. Please do not share purchase links with the public.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted. It is only valid for the member who registered it.
You can request a refund of your ticket up to 60 days before the event (no questions asked!). DEADLINE: August 18th, 2024.
Within 60 days of the event, tickets refunds will not be issued.

Ticketing Terms
The ticket is valid only for the member who purchased it.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-giftable.
The deadline for refund requests is August 18, 2024 11:59 EDT (GMT-4)
The ticket is exclusive to DCBKK 2024, and it can not be transferred to another event.

FAQs
As a follow-up, here's some common questions I've received over the years:
What should I wear?
We'll likely have one themed party we'll give you advanced warning on (often tropical!), in general this is a very casual event. Many members suggest a warmer jacket layer for the conference facility which can be kept cool. We suggest brining some business casual outfits for our evening gatherings which are hosted at some upscale venues.
What's the difference between 3 and 4 day tickets?
Mastermind access and lunch on Friday. For DC Black and Accelerator member, 4 day tickets include access to meetups specific to your program.
Can I invite a friend or bring a team member? Only DC Members can attend.
Do members bring their families? Yes! Many DC Members turn DCBKK into the lynchpin of a broader adventure in the region. We'll have a Whatsapp group for partners looking to organize outings together.
Is there an event app? Yep! You'll have access to our event app, Group Chat, and Coffee calls in advance of the event so you can get to know as many attendees as possible.
How do I book my hotel room? We've got room block with the hotel with special group rates, we'll send the link your way once you book your ticket.
When should I arrive? Based on our numbers we estimate that 57% of attendees arrive two days or more before the event! Some stay elsewhere in Bangkok, others book in early to the hotel venue. There will be plenty of meetups and things to do on the event app if you do arrive early. Many members still fly in and fly out, while many stay after the event at the venue to either 1) Get down to implementation or 2) Chill by the pool and enjoy some good food. Many members travel onward to the beaches, Chiang Mai, or to other countries in the region.
How do refunds work? If your plans change, be sure to let us know by August 18th, and you'll get a full refund (minus a small processing fee).
